Notes:

1. Cards of Mastercard Worldwide international payment system might be opened in three currencies (Moldovan lei, US dollars and EURO). Cards of VISA International payment system might also be opened in three currencies (Moldovan lei, US dollars and EURO).
2. Conversion of currency of transaction into the currency of account shall be made in accordance with the conditions, envisaged by the Rules of FinComBank cards exploitation. Conversion of currency of transaction into the currency of account in the moment of authorized operation shall be made with currency multyplicator. With financial operations multiplicator shall not be used.
3. Conversion of Bank commissions into the card account currency shall be made at the NBM rate for the day of commission withdrawal.
4. Commissions for the cards of Mastercard Worldwide international payment system shall be withdrawn in EURO irrespective from a currency of account.
5. Commissions for the cards of VISA International payment system shall be withdrawn in EURO irrespective from a currency of account.
6. Replenishment of card account with cash in the Bank branches and rep. offices or by transfer from the accounts opened in the Bank branches and rep. offices shall be made in any currency. Conversion of an amount into the card account currency shall be made at a commercial rate established for operations with banking cards.
7. Transfers from card account into accounts opened in other banks shall be made based on written request of a client with a commission withdrawal in accordance with the Bank tariffs.
8. Commission for investigation of cases with the transactions with incomplete requisites from abroad (in SWIFT requisites the client’s name and number of his card have not been indicated) shall be withdrawn at the moment of amount entering on the client’s card account.
9. Minimum initial deposit on card account shall be placed when application for an account opening is completed. Minimum initial deposit on card account includes minimum card account balance and commission for card account opening, card issuing and maintenance for the first year. Minimum initial deposit may be larger than the amount indicated in tariffs but in any case it should not be less than that.
10. Commission for unauthorized overdraft shall be calculated from the amount of un authorized overdraft for each outstanding day.
11. In order to receive a monthly statement on card account one must complete an application in a branch.
12. Information on card account balances at ATMs abroad may be received only for VISA International cards and only in those banks which provide such kind of services.
13. Inclusion card into a stop-list on the level of payment system shall be made by written request of a client and in terms envisaged by the rules of payment systems. Commission for blocking a card on the level of payment system shall be withdrawn based on documents received from payment systems and which confirm the fact of blocking.
14. VISA Electron and Cirrus/Maestro cards are blocked on the processing center level only, because checking of account and balance availability is made for all operations with such cards.
15. Commission for providing a client with the copy of document which confirms fact of transaction shall be withdrawn after receiving this document from the payment system.
16. Commission for examination of claims for transactions with banking cards made abroad shall be withdrawn after completion of investigation irrespective of results received. Commission for examination of claims for transactions with banking cards made abroad shall not be withdrawn if operation has not been completed successfully by the Bank’s fault.
17. Commission for card removal abroad shall be withdrawn after receiving a document about this commission withdrawal from the payment system.
18. Banking card is the Bank property. It might be blocked or removed by the Bank at any point. At its expiration or by the Bank demand it must be returned to the Bank. Should these conditions be violated the Bank has a right to penalize the card holder.

The Bank reserves the right to amend tariffs without preliminary notice and to change them with following notification of clients by putting up a notice in the publicly available places in the Bank.   Specified tariffs are used only with the routine operations. The Bank reserves the right to withdraw special or additional commission if operation needs additional volume of works or when additional expenses arise.  For the cards issued in MDL and USD tariffs and fees are indicated in USD and must be paid in USD or in MDL (at the NBM exchange rate for a day of payment).
