Miscellaneous
  6.1. Purchase of state securities on the primary market– commission (interest from nominal value).
  6.2. Brokerage Services
    6.2.1. Purchase/sale of state securities – 0.05% from the transaction value, minimum 50 lei
    6.2.2. Purchase/sale of state securities into/from bank portfolio – without commission, at market value
  6.3. Brokerage Services
    6.3.1. Documents examination for concluding brokerage services contract – 100 lei
    6.3.2 Account opening for making transactions with state securities – 100 lei.
    6.3.3. Securities Sale and Purchase
    6.3.4. Modifying the Client’s order, introduced on the SAIT – 50 lei
    6.3.5. Participation in public auction at Client request – 100 lei
    6.3.6. Shares transfer from The National Securities Depositary account into independent registrar’s account – 50 lei
    6.3.7. Documentary execution of a public offer - in accordance with the agreement
    6.3.8. Other services provided by the bank, concordant with license, given by National Commission of Financial Market - in accordance with the agreement
7. Lease of personal vaults
  7.1 Cost of personal vault leasing is MDL 100 per month. Payment shall be made in advance for the whole exploitation period.
  7.2 Pledge for a vault key is MDL 150.

The Bank reserves to itself the right to add tariffs without preliminary notice as well as amend them with following notification of its clients by way of putting up notice in the Bank’s premises and its web site www.fincombank.com
The above-mentioned tariffs are used only for regular operations. The Bank reserves to itself the right to charge special or additional commission if execution of operations requires additional, urgent or high risk work.
