Normative acts of the National Bank of Moldova

These regulations are developed in accordance with requirements of The Law on the National Bank of Moldova and The Law on Financial Institutions. They stipulate requirements to minimal aggregated capital and the order of banks’ creation and registration. These regulations also refer to the subsidiaries of foreign banks in Moldova.
